!!!!!The Best Line There Is!!!!!!, August 12, 2011 By W.M. As soon as I received this item, I expected one roll of high quality Stealth Spiderwire, but to my surprised received 3 additional (4 TOTAL). That first day I used it to go fishing and, unfortuneatly, became stuck to something that was over the 40lb. test limit. Suprisingly, I managed to get my line to shore without having to cut the line. *I THINK THIS LINE IS WAY OVER THE 40LB TEST LIMT, MAYBE 80LB. MAX.* To top it all off, the reeling of the line feels smooth, unlike the monofilament line. In my opinion, I think Stealth Spiderwire and Power Pro are the top 2 fishing line there is.

lousy fishing line., November 12, 2011 By This review is from: Spiderwire Stealth Superline Spools (Sports) Purchased 6 lb braid. Caught rainbow trout about three pounds. Almost landed the fish and the line broke. After this happened twice I thought it must be my reel because spiderwire is suppose to be top shelf. Changed to a different reel and same problem. Under the stress of landing an extremely active rainbow trout the line would abrade and snap. After I lost 4 fish and lures worth more than the 300 yard spool I removed the line. I contacted spider wire via their website with no response after three weeks. On the up side it is easily the best casting line I have ever used. The line holds knots without cutting itself. This line works beautifully until you catch a fish. So if you like to fish in waters with no fish this is the ideal line for you. Now please bear in mind I have used Stren Lo Vis and Berkley Tri line in 6 lb to catch fish over 7 lbs. out of the same water with excellent results. My advice is not to waste your money on this line.
great, February 25, 2012 This review is from: Spiderwire Stealth Superline Spools (Sports) i purchased this fishing line in high vis yellow 40 pld braid and i got it 2 days later.i have to say this fishing line is very thin,lightweight,and has awesome colorage i would reccomend this line o anybody. there is only one problem i have with it and that is the sticker that is there to keep the ling together on the sppol made mi line sticky whitch is disturbing but i dont think it will bother me to bad.
